We were here for a cooking evening and learned to make our own 點心 和 糯米糍 . It was a lot of fun, the owners were really accommodating, friendly and were motivating even when the participants lacked dough-folding talent. 😄 We went home very full and with new recipe ideas. I can really recommend the cooking course!

I can especially highly recommend the Dim Sum cooking course. Great event - also as a company event! The course is very well organized, you learn a lot and it's really fun. The two who run the cooking course are very personable and provide individual assistance. I think it's particularly nice that the recipes are made available for you to cook at home. (original review)

After eating dim sum here a few times (by far the best in the city !!!!), I recently took part in the dim sum cooking class. Absolutely recommended!!We were greeted with a starter and an aperitif and then we got to work. All steps were carefully explained, including various techniques for folding or closing the dim sum.
