Die Besitzer sind unheimlich nett und haben uns mit viel Geduld verschiedene Falttechniken gezeigt. Zum Hauptgang gab es Pekingente vom Restaurant zubereitet und zum Nachtisch durften wir selbst noch Mochis machen. Das Essen ist einfach erstklassig und die Pekingente ist sensationell. Es handelt sich um ein Familien gef\u00fchrtes Restaurant mit sehr kompetenten und freundlichen Mitarbeitern.<br \/>Ich besuche das Restaurant in regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Abst\u00e4nden und kann die Dim Sum sowie die Ente w\u00e4rmstens empfehlen.
